Sorry, No Volunteers

There are two reasons that we cannot respond to offers from volunteers wishing to join us. First, all training is conducted in Chinese and Tibetan, and the limited availability of competant translators is a major bottleneck for our Project's work. Secondly, our central focus is on encouraging local eye-team sufficiency — and we do NOT have the capacity for incorporating foreign medical or nursing volunteers in our work.
